Surrey Downs Health and Care is an innovative partnership between NHS organisations to provide adult community health services in Surrey Downs (Epsom, Dorking and East Elmbridge areas). We worked closely with stakeholders to develop a brand identity design that represented the unique Surrey Downs area and the people living there, with nature playing a big part in the final concept.
