HOTELFINANCE is a new one-of-a-kind specialist debt advisory business focused on hotels.
Its principals have many years of experience in lending, investing and operating in the hotel sector, and collectively expert in delivering tailored solutions to hoteliers wanting to raise finance in challenging times. 
We were briefed to create a distinctive brand identity & website, to stand out in a conservative sector, and convey the unique expertise of the HF team. Creative flair & originality were called for, to support the ‘it does what is says on the tin’ name and bring the brand to life.
Our brand identity & visual language were inspired by the grid-like patterns formed by a hotels facade of windows, randomly illuminated from within. The welcoming warm orange glow from the windows formed the basis of our colour palette.
We crafted five sets of stylised window ‘stories’ depicting contemporary hotel-relevant images, as glimpsed through the windows, to support each page of the website, and illustrate the premise of HF bringing hoteliers visions to life, through their unique knowledge of the inner workings of both the hotel & finance sectors.
